The content of your site does not transit through our servers.
Zelvo works with your own access key at the AI provider you choose. The text to be translated is sent directly from your site to this provider, and translations are stored in your WordPress database.
We have no access to your site content, your translations, or your access key, which is encrypted in your database.
The only information the software transmits to us is the periodic verification of your license key, described in point 5.
We collect data necessary for sales: name, billing address, email address, VAT number if applicable, and order information.
Legal Basis : execution of the contract, and legal obligation for billing data.
Retention Period : accounting documents are retained for seven years, in accordance with Estonian accounting obligations. Customer account data is retained as long as the account is active.
Payments are processed by our service provider, who directly receives banking data. We do not collect or retain any card numbers.
Assistance-related exchanges are retained for the duration of processing, then for three years for follow-up purposes.

The site places cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for operation, particularly those related to the cart and session, are placed without prior consent. Others, particularly audience measurement cookies, are placed only after your agreement, collected via the banner provided for this purpose.

We neither sell nor transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
The Zelvo extension installed on your site periodically queries our licensing server to verify your key's validity and to offer available updates.
This request transmits the license key and the address of the site on which it is activated. It transmits no content, no translations, no visitor data of yours.
Legal Basis : execution of the contract.
When you configure a provider in Zelvo, your site's textual content is transmitted to it for translation. This transmission occurs between your site and this provider, without our intermediary.
The processing then falls under the relationship between you and the selected provider, according to its own terms and its privacy policy. It is your responsibility to review this information, especially if your site contains personal data, and to verify that the chosen provider meets your requirements regarding data localization.
Compatible providers and links to their respective policies are listed in the extension documentation.
If you process third-party personal data, you are responsible for determining your own legal basis and informing the affected individuals.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to hello@getzelvo.com. A response will be provided within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encrypted communications, restricted access, hosting on a European infrastructure.
In the extension, access keys to providers are encrypted before being stored in your site’s database.
This policy may be updated. The date at the top indicates the current version. In case of substantial modification, customers will be informed by email.
